Founded in Lessines, the birthplace of René Magritte, The Ultimate Dreamers emerged in 2021. The quartet creates cool, organic sounds that weave into catchy, melancholic melodies, providing a backdrop for themes such as dreams, heartbreak and social commentary. In 2022, the band released the single “Polarized”, followed in 2023 by the album Echoing Reverie (Wave Tension Records). They subsequently embarked on an extensive tour of Europe. That same year saw the release of Violent Ghost, an EP featuring alternative versions and remixes (notably by Front 242). In 2025, the album Paradoxical Sleep (Alfa Matrix / Spleen+) was released, followed a few months later by the EPs Kids Alone and Paradoxical Implants featuring remixes by Aux Animaux, Mängelexemplar and Implant. In 2026, the band entered the studio with producer Déhà, known for his work with Wolvennest, among others. The single “Forced to Live” was released in September as the first track from the album Lost Oneironaut, scheduled for release in March 2027, which promises to be a deep and organic listen.

The Ultimate Dreamers are: Bertrand (guitar), Fred (vocals, second bass guitar), Jo (bass guitar) and Sandrine (keyboards, cello).
